Basic Leave Entitlement. Bloomfield Hills Schools Family and Medical Leave Policy allows eligible employees to take up to 12 work weeks of unpaid leave per year for their own serious health condition, childbirth, or to provide care for the employee's newborn child, newly-adopted child, newly-placed ▇▇▇▇▇▇ child, or a child, parent or spouse with a serious health condition. Further, certain eligible employees may receive up to 12 work weeks of unpaid leave for military exigencies, and up to a total of 26 work weeks of unpaid leave to care for a covered military service member.
