Basic Contract. Each certificated employee is required by law to sign an individual contract with the District. All such individual contracts shall conform with Washington State Law, rules and regulations set forth by the State Board of Education and the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Individual contracts may be issued upon ratification and signing of a successor agreement or May 15th, whichever occurs first, provided, however, that if individual contracts are issued prior to the completion of negotiations, they shall contain a rider allowing adjustments so that all employees' contracts conform to the final negotiated agreement.
