Common use of Basic Building Systems Clause in Contracts

Basic Building Systems. For purposes of this Ground Lease, the personal property, furnishings, fixtures and equipment described in this Section 11.1 shall not include those major building components or fixtures necessary for operation of the basic building systems such as, but not limited to, the elevators, plumbing, sanitary fixtures, heating and central air-cooling system.
