Baselines Sample Clauses
The Baselines clause establishes the initial standards, measurements, or reference points against which future performance, progress, or changes will be assessed in a contract or project. Typically, this clause specifies key metrics such as cost, schedule, or quality benchmarks that both parties agree upon at the outset. By clearly defining these baselines, the clause ensures that any deviations can be objectively identified and managed, thereby providing a clear framework for evaluating compliance and addressing potential disputes.

Baselines. We compare our approach with the following state-of-the-art baselines:
Baselines. The full M&E Plan shall establish baselines for every Indicator (each a, “Baseline”). An Indicator’s Baseline should be established prior to the start of the corresponding Project, Activity and/or Sub-Activity. Baselines demonstrate that the problem can be specified in measurable terms and are thus a pre-requisite for adequate intervention design. The Government shall collect Baselines on the selected Indicators or verify already collected Baselines where applicable.
Baselines. The M&E Plan shall document baselines for every Indicator (each a, “Baseline”). An Indicator’s Baseline should be established prior to the start of the corresponding Project, Activity and/or sub- activity. Baselines demonstrate that the problem can be specified in measurable terms and thus are a pre-requisite for adequate intervention design. Mozambique shall collect Baselines on the selected Indicators or verify already collected Baselines where applicable.
Baselines. Provide a summary of all utility bills, consumption baselines and how they were established, and end use reconciliation with respect to the baselines including a discussion of any unusual characteristics and findings.

Baselines. A. OGS Scheduling will maintain the CMU approved Baseline Project Schedule as the assigned project baseline schedule.
Baselines. (i) To understand the relevance of continuous-time approximation, we compare against MATS, a planning-focused predictor that uses linearized dynam- ics and discrete-time collision avoidance [6]; to ensure a fair comparison, we augment MATS with our discrete-time reachable set approximation.
(ii) To test the effect of interac- tion prediction, we test against ZAPP without interaction gra- dients (w/o Int.), meaning we do not update the predictions when the ego control changes while solving Problem (7).
(iii) To test robustness to model error, we evaluate both MATS and ZAPP without domain consistency (w/o DC), meaning the predictor is trained on different interaction forces from the ones used in the experiment. Future work will compare against additional social navigation baselines [38], [56].
Baselines. 1 . Prisoners living on ordinary location will be offered access to the main library at least once every week for a minimum of thirty minutes.
Baselines. The Baseline is the 2007/08 audited combined performance for Best Value Performance Indicators 82a(i) and 82(b)(i) (annex E), commitments made through the LAA (annex F) or statutory targets, whichever is the greater, or any replacement of such targets as may be agreed by the Board
Baselines. Baselines for measuring environmental outcomes resulting from watershed management activities will be established at the outset of this MOU, prior to the implementation of any new BMPs and/or other nutrient reduction efforts by the City. The baselines will be set through the calculation of point and nonpoint source loads of N, P, and sediment as estimated using NTT modeling. For nutrient reducing practices, baseline conditions may be further defined in terms of geographic scale, existing conservation practices, and schedule of implementation to facilitate improved environmental performance to achieve nutrient load reductions. Agricultural nonpoint source baselines will be established using pre-existing field management data. Baseline data will be verified using the NRE guidelines and will be stored within the NRE system as a part of the NTT model runs. Baseline conditions shall be established at the field scale prior to the City-connected implementation of any BMP on a given field.
