Base Monthly Fee. Congoleum shall pay to ABI a base monthly fee (“Base Monthly Fee”) of sixty-six thousand six hundred sixty six dollars and sixty seven cents ($66,666.67) in cash, payable on a monthly basis, with the fee for a particular month to be paid by Congoleum to ABI by not later than the fifteenth (15th) day following the end of such month. The amount of the Base Monthly Fee will be adjusted annually commencing on the first anniversary of the Effective Date based on the metropolitan New York Consumer Price Index factor.
Base Monthly Fee. The “Base Monthly Fee” (as that term is defined in Paragraph 1.1 of the Original Agreement, as amended by the First Amendment) shall mean the base monthly fee for each calendar year during the term of the Agreement set forth in Exhibit A to this Second Amendment for calendar years through 2010. For calendar years 2011 through 2013, MedImmune and Cardinal Health will negotiate in good faith to determine the Base Monthly Fee on or before January 1, 2008.
Base Monthly Fee i. The Company shall pay the Consultant a monthly consulting fee equal to $40,000, which shall be paid in advance on the first day of each month for which the Consultant is providing Consulting Services, until the earlier of the Expiration Date or termination of this Consulting Agreement. Any business costs and travel expenses incurred by Consultant related to the Consulting Services must first be approved by the Company in writing. The Company shall pay the Consultant for the full month of April within five business days of the effective date of the Consulting Agreement.
Base Monthly Fee. The owner agrees to pay the agent the following base fee per month (the "Base Monthly Fee") according to the number of bedrooms and type of the Premises: 3 Bedroom $100.00 4 Bedroom $125.00 5 Bedroom Villa $150.00 6 Bedroom Villa $175.00 7 Bedroom Homes $200.00
Base Monthly Fee. The Company shall pay Consultant a base monthly fee of $9,000.00 (the "Base Monthly Fee") commencing the date hereof.
Base Monthly Fee. The Company shall pay to the Consultant the sum of $10,000.00 per month during the Term (as hereinafter defined), payable in advance on the first day of each month.
Base Monthly Fee. Commencing on the Occupancy Date and continuing throughout the term of this Agreement, Aviron shall pay to PCI, without prior demand therefor, in advance on the first day of each calendar month, the amount set forth as the Base Monthly Fee, less the Deferred Fee pursuant to Section 3.2 below.
Base Monthly Fee. In consideration of the provision of Services under and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, including Exhibit B thereto, the Representative shall be entitled to receive a base fee of Eleven Thousand Dollars ($11,000 US) per month (the "Base Monthly Fee").
Base Monthly Fee. Commencing on January 1, 2002 and continuing with any fee increase throughout the Term of this Agreement, Novavax shall pay to PCI, without prior demand therefor, in advance on the first day of each calendar month, the amount of One hundred Thirty Thousand 00/100 Dollars ($130,000.00) as the Base Monthly Fee. The Base Monthly Fee shall increase annually by 3.5% beginning on July 1, 2003 and continuing thereafter on each July 1 of each contract year during the Term. The Base Monthly Fee shall be negotiated in good faith by the parties for any renewal term.
