The "Base Location" clause defines the primary site or address where the main activities under the agreement will take place. By clearly identifying the base location, this clause helps prevent disputes over where contractual obligations are to be performed and ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of the operational hub for the agreement.
BASE LOCATION. You shall be based in Pune but will serve the company or any of its subsidiaries or associated companies in any location within or outside of India.
BASE LOCATION. All interviews, focus groups etc will be undertaken in London – either in custodial establishments or London boroughs. It is important that evaluators are able to commit to a strong presence in London throughout the life of project. BASE LOCATION. 16.1. An Interviewer’s base location is their place of residence at the commencement of this Agreement, or, for Interviewers engaged after the commencement of this Agreement, their place of residence at the time of their engagement, or as otherwise approved.
16.2. An Interviewer, other than a casual Interviewer, can apply to move their base location. The ABS will automatically approve changes in an Interviewer’s base location that are within 5km of their current base location. The ABS will consider other requests to change an Interviewer’s base location subject to operational requirements.
16.3. If an ongoing Interviewer’s request to move their base location is not approved, an Interviewer can apply for up to 12 months leave (Annual or Long Service Leave, or Leave Without Pay). During this period their application to move base location will be considered if a vacancy in the new location occurs.
16.4. An Interviewer’s employment may be terminated if they move from their base location without approval and are not on approved leave in accordance with clause 16.3.

BASE LOCATION. The external partner will be based at their own place of work and will attend development sessions at various CPS premises throughout England and Wales although the majority of events are likely to be delivered at United House, York.
