Base Increases Clause Samples
Base Increases. The top and bottom of each salary range, for all classifications, shall be increased as follows:

Base Increases. Employee salaries shall be increased as follows:
Base Increases. For purposes of this section, “base salary” shall mean a qualifying employee’s straight time hourly rate of pay as shown on salary schedule, and shall not include overtime, skill pay, or other special salary differential(s) or pay. Appendix C includes the Salary Table as of January 1, 2021.
Base Increases. Future base increases will be determined annually through negotiations and will be awarded according to the cell values indicated on the schedule. Increases do not reflect fringe benefits nor do they take into consideration cost of living or inflation adjustments.

Temporary full-time employees shall be eligible to receive minimum base salary adjustments upon renewal of their contracts as follows: Contracts renewed between May 1, 2015 and April 30, 2016: 1.25% Contracts renewed between May 1, 2016 and April 30, 2017: 2.0%

Base Increases. The licensed staff salary schedule base will increase by $1,490 for beginning teachers or 3.87% from $38,510 to $40,000 annually. The highest paid teachers will increase from $79,703 to $84,525 or an increase of $4,822 annually if moving to step 32. Salary increases for teachers will range from 3.87% (for teachers currently maxed out on the top step) to 5.97% (base increase and a step on the salary schedule for experience) to 8.07% (base increase, step on the salary schedule for experience and possible lane increase on the salary schedule for further education), with the majority of teachers receiving an overall increase of 5.97%.
