Base Experience Sample Clauses
The 'Base Experience' clause defines the minimum level of experience or qualifications required for individuals or entities involved in fulfilling the contract. Typically, it specifies criteria such as years of relevant work, specific certifications, or prior project involvement that must be met by personnel or subcontractors. By setting these standards, the clause ensures that only suitably qualified parties participate, thereby reducing the risk of inadequate performance and promoting successful contract execution.
