Common use of Base Case Financial Model Clause in Contracts

Base Case Financial Model. Receipt by DOE of a certified confidential copy of the Base Case Financial Model for the Borrower consistent with the data and documentation provided by the Borrower to external credit rating agencies. The financial model shall include financial projections for the consolidated operations of Borrower and its subsidiaries, and projections shall be prepared by the Borrower in good faith, accompanied by a certificate from the chief financial officer or similar Financial Officer of the Borrower.
