BARTER CLAUSE Sample Clauses

A Barter Clause establishes the terms under which parties agree to exchange goods or services directly, without the use of money. This clause typically outlines the specific items or services to be traded, the timing and method of delivery, and any conditions or warranties attached to the exchanged goods or services. By clearly defining the expectations and obligations of each party, the Barter Clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes, ensuring that both sides receive fair value in the transaction.
