Bargaining Unit Specific Sample Clauses

Bargaining Unit Specific. (a) Subject to operational requirements, up to two (2) Nurses from the Bargaining Unit may be designated by the Union, specifically to engage in Bargaining Unit specific collective bargaining for the renewal of the Collective Agreement. (b) For Bargaining Unit specific collective agreement negotiations, as set out above, the participating Nurse(s) shall have no loss of regular pay or group benefits for up to two (2) shifts while involved in direct negotiations for the renewal of the Collective Agreement. Union caucus meetings are not covered by this provision.
