Bargaining Unit Recognition. The BOARD OF EDUCATION of ▇▇▇▇▇ ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT 62, DuPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”) hereby recognizes the ▇▇▇▇▇ EDUCATION ASSOCIATION, IEA/NEA (hereinafter referred to as the “Association” or “GEA”), as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all regularly employed certificated employees except the Superintendent, other central office professional staff, building principals, teachers’ aides, substitutes (casual), part-time employees employed less than 50% full-time equivalency, confidential, managerial, and supervisory employees, and short-term employees (less than 90 calendar days).
