The Bargaining Team Composition clause defines how the members of each party's negotiation team are selected and structured for collective bargaining or contract discussions. Typically, this clause outlines the number of representatives allowed, the qualifications or roles required for team members, and any procedures for appointing or replacing them. Bargaining Team Composition. As soon as practical prior to the commencement of bargaining, each party shall submit to the other a complete list of their respective bargaining team members and official designated representative. This does not waive the rights of either party to change members of their teams.
Bargaining Team Composition. The bargaining procedure shall be conducted between representatives of the Board and the Association. These representatives shall be known as the bargaining teams. Each team may consist of no more than three (3) members. Each party represented in the bargaining procedure shall determine who will be its bargaining team representatives, but shall not select members of the other party involved in the bargaining procedure. Bargaining team members shall be authorized to bargain in good faith.
