Bare Trustee arrangements. If the Investor holds Shares through a bare trust arrangement with Tritium Nominee Pty Ltd ACN 627 582 610 as the trustee, then the Conversion Shares must be registered in the name of that trustee and held subject to the terms of those bare trust arrangements.
