Barbecue. Upon request barbecue equipment to use, outside that is set up for our super guests’ leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by guests who stay at the villa and is not to invite others as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required, could be deducted from your deposit. You will also need to add your own charcoal as it is not supplied. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
Barbecue. If you want to grill on the balcony, please consult with your neighbours beforehand to avoid any unexpected nuisance from smoke or odours. You are only allowed to use a grill in outdoor areas around your building in places designated for such purposes.
Barbecue. Barbecuing is only permitted on apartment patios. Only barbecues that utilise electricity or propane as fuel sources are allowed. Barbecues that utilise a solid fuel such as wood or charcoal briquettes are not permitted. Residents must ensure that the barbecue is attended at all times it is being operated.
