Common use of Bar Order Clause in Contracts

Bar Order. 72. As part of the Final Approval Order, the Court shall issue a bar order and permanent injunction against any and all pending or future claims by Settlement Class Members against Releasees raising or arising out of a Released Claim. 73. The bar order and permanent injunction shall enjoin and forever bar any and all Settlement Class Members from commencing and/or maintaining any action, legal or otherwise, against Releasees raising or arising out of a Released Claim. 74. This provision is not intended to prevent or impede the enforcement of claims or entitlement to benefits under this Settlement Agreement.
