The BAR FACILITIES clause defines the terms under which bar services and amenities are provided at a venue or event. Bar Facilities. 7.1 EXCALIBUR is a fully licensed venue and will meet the CLIENT’s beverage requirements for the event/function.
7.2 The bar will be managed by EXCALIBUR staff only and will not be outsourced to the CLIENT or any other party.
7.3 The bar accepts cash or credit card, unless otherwise arranged by the CLIENT and EXCALIBUR.
7.4 Open bar will be according to clause 2.5 above.
7.5 All beverages are charged on consumption. A corkage fee of R95.00 per bottle will be levied on all wines, sparkling wine and MCC brought onto, or consumed on the premises.
7.6 Please note that we are a licensed premises and NO alcohol may be consumed unless bought and paid for at EXCALIBUR bar.
7.7 Hard liquor / spirits that are not stocked by EXCALIBUR, that the CLIENT wishes to bring in, must be discussed with the general manager concerning EXCALIBUR’s rules and regulations.
7.8 An automatic 10% service levy will be added to all open bar tabs.

The Mount Beauty Golf Club is a fully licensed venue with a license available until 11.30pm No BYO facilities are available under our license Bar Personnel will be provided by the Club for the duration of the event. The bar prices are very reasonable and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are stocked. Purchase of specific alcoholic beverages at the request of the hirer can be arranged by negotiation with the Golf Club. At any non-alcoholic function the non-alcoholic drinks must be purchased from the club.

e) The renter may request a specific variety of liquor stock.

North Cronulla SLSC will supply all beverages, liquor and bar staff for your function and the range of beverages is included in this information pack. Bar payment options can be discussed when making a booking with our office staff. A no glass policy applies and all drinks will be served in plastic glasses.

Alcohol and beverages will be available for sale only by The Bakehouse Theatre. • No alcohol, other than that supplied by the Bakehouse Theatre is permitted on the premises. • The Bakehouse bar is run ONLY by Bakehouse staff. It is not part of your theatre hire. • If you have your own sponsors associated with your show you may include their advertising only in the space entitled “now showing”. If your sponsors require more advertising space this must be negotiated with the Bakehouse.
