Common use of Bankruptcy of the Member Clause in Contracts

Bankruptcy of the Member. If any event of bankruptcy specified in Section 18-304(a) of the Act occurs with respect the Member, then the Member will, notwithstanding the occurrence of such event of bankruptcy, remain a Member of the Company and, notwithstanding such event of bankruptcy, the Company will continue, subject to the provisions of Section 4.3(c)(iii).
