Common use of Banking Relationship Clause in Contracts

Banking Relationship. The Borrower covenants and agrees, at all times during the term of this Agreement, to utilize the Bank as its primary bank of account and depository for all financial services, including all receipts, disbursements, cash management and related service.

Schedule 9 hereto lists all depository, investment or other accounts of Borrower.

The Borrower covenants and agrees, at all times during the term of this Agreement, to utilize the Bank as its primary bank of account and depository for all financial services, including all receipts, disbursements, cash management and related service; provided that nothing in this Section 8.1.3 shall be interpreted to restrict the Borrower from maintaining any deposit or securities accounts with financial institutions other than the Bank.
