Common use of Bank Advances of Loans Clause in Contracts

Bank Advances of Loans. Subject to the determination by the Administrative Agent and the Banks that the conditions to Borrowing contained in Article 5 are satisfied, upon receipt from the Company of a Notice of Borrowing, Bank Advances of Loans shall be made to the extent of each Bank's Pro Rata Share of the requested Borrowing. The Notice of Borrowing shall specify whether the requested Borrowing is of Prime Rate Loans or Eurodollar Rate Loans.

The Notice of Borrowing shall specify whether the requested Borrowing is of Prime Rate Loans or Eurodollar Rate Loans.
