Common use of Bank Accounts and Company Funds Clause in Contracts

Bank Accounts and Company Funds. All funds of the Company shall be held in a separate bank account in the name of the Company, as determined by the Manager. All accounts used by or on behalf of the Company shall be and remain the property of the Company, and shall be received, held, and disbursed by the Manager for the purposes specified in this Agreement.
