Common use of BANK ACCOUNT AND PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

BANK ACCOUNT AND PAYMENTS. 8.1 You shall open and maintain in your name a Merchant Bank Account throughout the term of this Agreement and for such period as may be required thereafter for the purposes of any applicable provisions of this Agreement. You are required to maintain with your bank a Direct Debit instruction to authorise us to Bacs Direct Debit from the Merchant Bank Account all sums that become due and payable by you to us under or in connection with this Agreement.
