Common use of Balancing of FMV Capital Accounts Clause in Contracts

Balancing of FMV Capital Accounts. Second, the FMV capital accounts of the Parties shall be determined as described hereafter. The TRP shall take the actions specified under this Sec. 7.2 in order to cause the ratios of the Parties’ FMV capital accounts to reflect, as closely as possible, their interests under the Agreement.
