Common use of Badge Acquisition Clause in Contracts

Badge Acquisition. Prior to issuance of a security badge(s), designated Contractor personnel who will be working onsite at the JWA terminal, and engaged in the performance of work under this Contract must pass JWA‟s screening requirements, which include an F.B.I. background investigation and finger printing (Estimated fee is $29.00 per person.). Contractor‟s designated personnel will need to take a 4-hour SIDA training class at JWA, and pass the written test (The estimated fee is $8.00 per person.) The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with the background checks, and abide by all of the security requirements set forth by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and JWA. Contractor‟s CONTRACTOR’S designated personnel will need to take a 4-hour SIDA training class at JWA, JWA and pass the written test (The estimated fee is $8.00 per person.) The Contractor ). CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for all costs associated with the background checks, and abide by all of the security requirements set forth by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and JWA.
