Common use of Backup Frequency Clause in Contracts

Backup Frequency. The Backup Software is designed to take ONE daily backup of the Customer’s database (at a configurable time of day which can be specified by the Customer). The backup copy will be created locally on the Customer Systems and the Backup Software will then attempt to upload a copy of the backup to the Backup Platform. In order for this process to work, the Customer Systems must be (a) switched on; (b) functioning correctly; and

In order for For this process to work, the Customer Systems must be (a) switched on; (b) functioning correctly; andand (c) connected to the internet with a reliable high-speed internet connection at the pre-determined time of day when the backup is scheduled to commence; and must remain so throughout the backup process.
