Backup Files. Each Party shall maintain adequate backup files, electronic tapes or other sufficient means to recreate a Data Transmission for at least six (6) years from the Data Transmission’s creation date. Such backup files, tapes or other sufficient means will be subject to the terms of Article V of this Agreement to the same extent as the original Data Transmission.
