Backgrounds. On April 23rd, 2001, the parties executed a PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT OF ANHYDOROUS AMMONIA, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”, by means of which the Seller binds it self to provide the Buyer Anhydorous Ammonia, and this last binds itself to buy it and receive it.
