Common use of Background Verification Clause in Contracts

Background Verification. The Company reserves the right to conduct background verification prior to or after commencement of the Training Period to verify, including but not limited to, your documents and background through internal or external agencies. These may include your current / previous employment history, educational / professional credentials, identity, address, criminal records and other background checks. You hereby provide your express consent to the Company for conducting such background checks. Your appointment under this Agreement is subject to validation of any information provided by you to the Company.
