Background Verification. Netskope Personnel are subject to a background verification check consistent with generally applicable industry standards and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including confirming the individual’s legal right to work. Netskope Personnel shall be under an appropriate obligation of confidentiality (whether a contractual or statutory duty).
