Background and Service objectives. 1.1 The DHB wants to fund: (a) Dispensing Services to enable Eligible Persons to have appropriate access to Pharmaceuticals in a way that is responsive to the health needs and priorities of Service Users and communities: and (b) Professional Advisory Services to enable Eligible Persons to whom Pharmaceuticals are Dispensed to have appropriate access to clinical checks, professional advice, and counselling services that are responsive to the health needs and priorities of Service Users and communities. 1.2 This Schedule sets out the terms and conditions on which the DHB will fund, and the Provider must provide, the Dispensing and Professional Advisory Services.
