Background and service objective Clause Samples

The 'Background and service objective' clause defines the context and purpose of the agreement by outlining the reasons for entering into the contract and specifying the goals or outcomes the parties intend to achieve. Typically, this clause provides a brief overview of the parties' relationship, the nature of the services to be provided, and the intended results or deliverables. By clearly stating the background and objectives, this clause ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of the contract's foundation, helping to prevent misunderstandings and aligning expectations throughout the engagement.
