Background and Experience. Background and experience shall be such that the Multi-Skilled Technician is qualified to perform the assigned duties with skill and efficiency. Qualified candidates for the position will have a minimum of a two-year college electrical degree or equivalent electrical experience. Qualifications must include a valid motor vehicle operator’s license, clear driving record and the ability to work extended hours as required.
