Common use of Back-ups Clause in Contracts

Back-ups. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will make a back-up of Client Data every day. Each back-up remains available for a period of thirty (30) calendar days. The time at which the back-up will be created will be determined by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, unless expressly indicated to the contrary in the Agreement.
