Common use of Back-Up Offers Clause in Contracts

Back-Up Offers. Notwithstanding the mutual execution and delivery of this Agreement by Seller and ▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇’s deposit of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money as required under this Agreement, until such time as the Property is conveyed to Buyer, Seller will retain the right, in its sole and subjective discretion, to seek and obtain back-up offers and agreements for the purchase of the Property by parties other than Buyer.

Back-Up Offers. Notwithstanding the mutual execution and delivery of this Agreement by Seller and ▇▇▇▇▇ Buyer and ▇▇▇▇▇Buyer’s deposit of making the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money Deposit as required under this Agreement, until such time as the Property is conveyed to Buyer, or the provisions of Paragraph 23 below, Seller will shall retain the right, in its sole and subjective discretion, to seek and obtain back-up offers and agreements for the purchase of the Property by parties other than Buyer.
