Back Dues Sample Clauses

The Back Dues clause establishes the obligation for a party to pay any outstanding amounts that are owed from previous periods under an agreement. In practice, this clause ensures that if payments have been missed or delayed, the responsible party must settle these arrears before certain rights or services are restored or continued. Its core function is to prevent the accumulation of unpaid debts and to provide a clear mechanism for addressing overdue payments, thereby protecting the financial interests of the party to whom the dues are owed.
