Back-DROP Sample Clauses

Back-DROP. Back-DROP may be employed up to five years, upon reaching 30 years of service. i. Any employee whose Back- DROP period includes years of service less than 30 will incur a 2% accrual rate penalty for each of those years. ii. The interest rate for the Back-DROP is the actual rate of return of the Plan; provided however, in no year will the employee earn less than 0%, and in no year will the employee earn more than 10% regardless of the actual rate of return of the Plan.

  • Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer UDLs. UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. The various UDLs are intended to support a specific digital transmission scheme or service. 2.3.2 BellSouth shall make available the following UDLs, subject to restrictions set forth herein:

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Back-up Contractor shall maintain a separate back-up system for its electronic data processing functions and a duplicate data file which is updated regularly and stored off-site in a secured, controlled environment. Contractor’s back-up system shall comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including, those relating to privacy and confidentiality, and shall be designed to meet or exceed industry standards regarding the preservation of access to data.

  • Unbundled Loops 2.1.1 BellSouth agrees to offer access to unbundled loops pursuant to the following terms and conditions and at the rates set forth in Attachment 11.

  • Life support equipment (a) If a person living at your premises requires life support equipment, you must register the premises with your retailer or with us. To register, you will need to give written confirmation from a registered medical practitioner of the requirement for life support equipment at the premises. (b) You must tell us or your retailer if the life support equipment is no longer required at the premises.
