Common use of Back Charges Clause in Contracts

Back Charges. No back charges or claims for payment of services rendered or materials and equipment furnished by Customer to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be valid unless previously authorized in writing by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ within ten (10) days of the event, act or omission which is the basis of the back charge.
