Common use of Back Billing Clause in Contracts

Back Billing. Parties shall not ▇▇▇▇ for services provided pursuant to this Agreement more than six (6) months prior to the date of the ▇▇▇▇ unless notification of a billing problem with respect to such services has been provided. In those circumstances, back billing shall be limited to six (6) months prior to the date Parties were notified of the billing problem.
