Common use of B1 The Services Clause in Contracts

B1 The Services. The Contractor shall supply the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as set out in the Contract (including for the avoidance of doubt in accordance with the Specification, the ESF Requirements and the Provider Guidance) in consideration of the payment of the Fees. The Authority may inspect and examine the manner in which the Contractor supplies the Services at the Premises during normal business hours on reasonable notice. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Contractor shall implement the Implementation Plan to the satisfaction of the Authority and satisfy the requirement of clause C8.6 with effect from the Implementation Commencement Date in accordance with the terms of the Implementation Plan and in accordance with the timescales set out in the Implementation Plan and failure to do so shall be considered a Material Breach.
