Award Program Information. (1) The Employer shall annually provide the NTEU National Office with awards data for bargaining unit employees. The Employer will also provide each FNS-NTEU Chapter President with the awards data for their respective region. This data will be in a mutually agreed upon digital format and consist of each recipient’s name, grade, title, series, organizational unit, region/location, type or basis of award, amount of award (if monetary) and the effective date received. The data will designate, where applicable, instances in which one employee received more than one award. The Employer agrees, upon request, to provide the same information for non-bargaining unit employees, if required by law. (2) NTEU will be provided, on a fiscal year basis, a separate report detailing the distribution of awards by race/ethnicity/national origin, age, and gender identification data.
