Award Options. This Agreement evidences the grant to Participant of the number of Award Options as set forth in the facing page of this Agreement.
Award Options. Settlement Class Members who have never been Delinquent Settlement Class Members were or shall be entitled to make claims for a Cash Award or a Reduction Award. In no event shall the Cash Award or Reduction Award exceed $500.00 per Settlement Class Member. Where a Settlement Class Member has multiple outstanding extensions of credit, the reduction will be made to the extension of credit with the highest outstanding principal balance. For each Settlement Class Member who receives a Reduction Award, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ shall receive a credit against the Fund or refund from the Escrow Account equal to the Reduction Award.
