Bachelor's Degree with 11-16 Years Teach ing Experience A comparison of the average salaries between PNA and NPNA districts was made on the basis of 23 pairs of school districts (Table X ) . The "t" difference between the PNA and NPNA districts was 1.6447 which was significant at the .05 level. This meant that PNA districts had higher salaries for teachers with bachelor's degrees and 11-16 years experience.
