Avelient Marks Sample Clauses

Avelient Marks. If Avelient includes any of its trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos or other commercial or product designations on the Website (each, an “Avelient Mark”), Avelient grants Customer a revocable, non-transferable license to display such Avelient Mark on the Website. Any other use of an Avelient Mark without ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s prior express written permission is strictly prohibited. Any benefits accruing from use of an Avelient Mark shall automatically vest in Avelient.
