Available Upon Request. Upon the reasonable request of a Member for a purpose reasonably related to the interest of that Member, the Managing Member shall permit any Member to inspect, at the offices of the Company, any books and records required to be maintained and made available by the Company under the Act. Such request of a Member shall be in writing and shall state the purpose of the request.
