Available Facility. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and in reliance on the representations and warranties set out in Clauses 8 and 13, Burdale agrees to make available to the Company a Receivables Finance Facility pursuant to which Burdale will from time to time during the Availability Period (i) purchase Receivables from the Company and (ii) issue, or procure the issue of, L/Cs for the account of the Company (the "RECEIVABLES FINANCE FACILITY").
Available Facility. Any cancellation under this clause 8.1 shall reduce the Proposed Participations of the Lenders rateably under that Facility.
Available Facility. Fully air-conditioned, maximum of 100 persons only. Use of the hall beyond Midnight is not permitted.
Available Facility. (i) the amount of the Advance, when aggregated with all other Advances (if any) intended to be made on the same day under the same Tranche, does not exceed the Available Facility;

(iii) until such time as the Construction Contract and the Oil Sales Contracts have been completed and executed to the satisfaction of the Agent, the maximum Available Facility under Tranche A will be US$13,000,000;
Available Facility. 4.3.1 Subject to the terms of the ▇▇▇ and the other terms of this Agreement, Lombard shall allow Hertz to make a Utilisation of the Facility in accordance with such arrangements as it may agree from time to time with Lombard provided that the proposed Utilisation would not exceed the Available Facility on the proposed date of the Utilisation.
4.3.2 The amount of each Utilisation shall be measured in accordance with the systems and methods employed by Lombard from time to time.
4.3.3 The Initial Sale and Leaseback shall be deemed to constitute a Utilisation of the Facility and shall reduce the Available Facility accordingly.
