Available DBE Resources. Listings of certified DBEs are available from the California Unified Certification Program DBE Directory, which may be obtained by visiting the California Department of Transportation website at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/. Assistance can be provided by contacting the DBE Program Office (Office) at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. The DBE Directory does not in any way prequalify the certified firms with respect to licensing, bondability, competence or financial responsibility. The Office also maintains a DBE resource list of organizations that promote DBE participation in contracts, which will be provided upon request. Contractors are encouraged to use services offered by financial institutions owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. To obtain a list of these financial institutions, please contact the Office.
