Common use of Availability of Unused Shares Clause in Contracts

Availability of Unused Shares. Shares of Common Stock subject to unexercised portions of any Award granted under this Plan that expire, terminate or are cancelled, and shares of Common Stock issued pursuant to an Award under this Plan that are reacquired by the Company pursuant to the terms of the Award under which such shares were issued, will again become available for the grant of further Awards under this Plan.
