Availability of Representative. If the requested representative is not reasonably available, the Employee will select another official representative. Employees seeking representation are responsible for contacting their representative. The unavailability of a representative will not be cause for delaying the Investigatory or Pre-disciplinary meeting, unless mutually agreed to by the University.
