Common use of Availability of Records for Inspector’s Audit Clause in Contracts

Availability of Records for Inspector’s Audit. Books of account and records hereinabove required shall be kept or made available at the Premises or at another location within Los Angeles County, and County and other governmental authorities shall have the right at any reasonable times, after advance written notice has been provided to Lessee in accordance with Section 14.4.1 below, to examine and audit said books and records, without restriction, for the purpose of determining the accuracy thereof and of the monthly statements of Gross Receipts derived from occupancy of the Premises and the compliance of Lessee with the terms of this Lease and other governmental requirements. This Section 14.4 shall survive the expiration of the Term or other termination of this Lease for thirty six (36) months after such expiration or termination.
