Availability of Information Statement. (i) UTC shall, as soon as is reasonably practicable after the Carrier Form 10 is declared effective under the Exchange Act and the UTC Board has approved the Carrier Distribution, cause the Carrier Information Statement to be made available to the Record Holders; and (ii) UTC shall, as soon as is reasonably practicable after the Otis Form 10 is declared effective under the Exchange Act and the UTC Board has approved the Otis Distribution, cause the Otis Information Statement to be made available to the Record Holders.
